Technical Supervision

This is a technical service involving the supervision, verification, and validation of the work performed on-site. Its purpose is to inform the financing entity about the project’s progress in relation to the commitments made under the financing agreement. The service includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Monitor the progress of the work and assess any deviations from the approved work plan;
• Evaluate and control the project´s costs, approving measurement reports and validating the corresponding invoices to authorize the release of financing installments;
• Assess the quality of the completed work;
• Validate the provisional acceptance process of the project;
• Validate the final settlement of the project's accounts.
